First there was UFC 306 at The Sphere. Then came Freedom 250 at UFC White House. What can the promotion possibly do to top those events?
That remains to be seen.
I don’t know if anything will beat the spectacle held on the White House lawn but it sounds like UFC CEO Dana White is already working on his next big mega-event, which he will announce on the Pat McAfee show if and when the fight card comes to fruition.
“There will never be anything like the White House ever again,” White said. “That night,
we already had high expectations for it. I was blown away, it’s the greatest thing I’ve ever been a part of. Being there live was amazing. But now, my head of production Craig Borsari, is so cocky after he absolutely killed that event.”
“We are talking about something right now that he came up with,” White added. “This was his idea and I love it. I have to do some more groundwork on it and if I end up doing this, I’ll announce it here first.”
McAfee joked that UFC’s next big show will be on the moon, which is still nowhere near the event ONE Championship held with Ben Askren on Pluto.
