According to a report from Tz, Bayern Munich center-back Kim Min-jae is a prime transfer target for both Beşiktaş and Galatasaray:

As the tz has learned, both Besiktas and Galatasaray are vying for Kim’s signature. Due to his decreased market value, the Istanbul clubs are hoping to sign the central
defender this summer.
Reportedly, Galatasaray’s management has already inquired about Kim with Galatasaray stars Victor Osimhen and Sacha Boey. Kim played alongside the striker at Napoli, forming part of coach Luciano Spalletti’s championship-winning core. The two hold each other in high regard. Boey was loaned to Galatasaray from Bayern Munich in the winter transfer window.
Besiktas is currently experiencing a surge in interest in Korean players following the signing of striker Hyeon-gyu Oh. They are also reportedly interested in bringing in a Korean center-back. Both Kim and Han-beom Lee (Midtjylland) are on their shortlist, but the Bayern Munich star is ranked higher than his 23-year-old compatriot.
Scouts from both Galatasaray and Besiktas have repeatedly recommended Kim during the winter transfer window. Both clubs are already familiar with Kim’s management. Premier League club Chelsea and AC Milan also have the national team player on their shortlist. However, a transfer is not yet imminent.
It seems very clear that Bayern Munich wants to sell Kim and also that the club is letting it be known in the market that the South Korean defender will be available. However, nothing can happen unless the defender decides to leave…which seems unlikely at the moment.
