- The Los Angeles Lakers have agreed to trade center Deandre Ayton to the Washington Wizards for guard Jaden Hardy and two Washington second-round picks in 2031 and 2032 (per ESPN’s Shams Charania).
- The Houston Rockets are trading forward Dorian Finney-Smith and three second-round picks to the Charlotte Hornets, helping Houston create a $13 million trade exception (per Shams Charania).
Completed Agreements
- Restricted free agent Tari Eason has agreed to a five-year, $81.5 million deal to stay with the Houston Rockets (per Shams Charania).
- Former Portland Trail Blazers wing Rayan Rupert has agreed to a two-way contract with the Philadelphia 76ers. Caleb Love has also agreed to a two-way deal with the franchise, so the pair will be reunited in Philly (per Shams Charania).
- Free agent forward Javonte Green has agreed to a one-year, $3.95 million deal to stay with the Detroit Pistons (per Shams Charania).
