Andrew Withworth chimed in on the Aaron Donald news and seemed to imply (or more than imply) he would be back if he were AD’s age. Whitworth is 44, AD is 35. Now, would Whitworth come back if he were Whitworth or is Whitworth saying he’d comeback if he were Donald right now?
It’s confusing I know. Either way, Whitworth will not be coming back to the Rams this year. That’s a fact. Donald might. That’s up in the air.

“Former Los Angeles Rams offensive tackle Andrew Whitworth has been a staunch supporter of Aaron Donald’s return to the NFL. And while he doesn’t know for sure if his ex-teammate will rejoin the Rams in 2026 to play with Myles Garrett, the 44-year-old told the Bleav Network he would unretire if he were Donald to play on this team.
“If I was his age,” Whitworth said, “there’s no question I’d be coming back.”
