Jake Paul will face off against former WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, and IBO Heavyweight champion, Anthony Joshua, later this evening (Fri., Dec. 19, 2024) LIVE on Netflix from inside Kaseya Center in Miami,
Fla., in a professional heavyweight boxing match that will truly test “El Gallo” like never before.
Paul was initially slated to face Gervonta Davis a few months ago before the fight was scrapped due to “Tank’s” lingering legal issues. Paul and his team were quick to lock down Joshua as an opponent, which caught everyone by surprise seeing as how the towering Brit is a legit former boxing champion who isn’t washed by any stretch of the imagination. That’s why many feel that it likely won’t end for Paul, which could signal the demise of his oft-criticized boxing career.
In other action, former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) title holder, Anderson Silva and Tyron Woodley, will put on the gloves once against to face off against one another. Also, Alycia Baumgardner will face Leila Beaudoin for the Unified Super Featherweight title.
