Canadian Emma Regan has signed with Denver Summit FC through 2028 with an option for 2029, the club announced today. Regan is a professional midfielder with international experience who previously captained AFC Toronto.
The 25-year-old started her professional career in Denmark with HB Køge in 2023. There, she made 32 appearances, scored three goals, and helped the team to win the domestic league. The following year, the Canadian went back to her home
country to play for AFC Toronto, with whom she won the Northern Super League Supporters’ Shield after the team finished first in the table.
“Joining Denver Summit FC at the start of something new is incredibly exciting,” said Regan. “I’m looking forward to contributing to the field and helping build a strong team culture. Competing at the highest level and representing Canada has been a dream of mine, and I can’t wait to bring that experience to Summit FC.”
Regan is no stranger to international competition, representing Canada at the U-15, U-17, and U-20 levels. After her debut with the senior team in 2018, she competed at the Concacaf Women’s Championship the same year, helping her country to qualify for the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
