The Tennessee Titans hold the fourth pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. In the past, teams have had 10 minutes to make their first round selection. This year, that number has been reduced to eight minutes. With the draft starting at 7 p.m Central, that means the Titans will make their selection around 7:32 p.m. Central.
That is, of course, assuming that the teams in front of them take their full eight minutes, and the Titans don’t make a trade. There is basically no chance that they are going to trade up
in this draft, but the possibility of trading down is very real. There have already been plenty of rumors around that, but it won’t happen until they are on the clock tonight.
There have been so many wild rumors about who the Titans are going to take. My guess, as of this morning, is that if they pick at four, it will either be Arvell Reese, Jeremiyah Love, or Sonny Stiles. You can check out the odds of each of them being a top-5 pick in the draft here.
Put your name on it. Who are the Titans taking in the first round tonight?
