Today we are talking about Mizzou Baseball!
For the first time since 2017, Mizzou Baseball has won a game in the SEC Tournament!
Everything was going right for the Tigers but the Rebels refused to slow down.

The most important moment of the high-octane game arrived in the top of the eighth. Tied up at eight apiece after a game-tying Ole Miss homer in the seventh, freshman Blaize Ward knocked in a key RBI single that skipped past the Tristan Bisetta in right field, allowing Kam Durnin
to score from first and tie the game.
Mizzou is back in action today against Mississippi State for a chance to reach the next round of the tournament.
Yesterday at Rock M and Rock M+
Here’s hoping for at least one win in Hoover. One more loss and the season is obviously over — then a decision to be made on Kerrick Jackson’s future with the program.
Jackson made it past Day 1. Onto Day 2 of the gauntlet.
It’s an FCS team. You should win, and win easily, and get your freshmen and backups in as soon as possible. Missouri will be breaking in a ton of new pieces on offense and defense but should still outclass the Lions up and down the roster. If you don’t see any of the non-starting freshmen in the second half, something has gone terribly wrong.
Should be one that doesn’t cause too much of a stir, but you never know.
Serna was central to nearly everything Missouri did offensively and behind the plate. He finished 3-for-5 with two runs driven in and also became one of the early standouts of the SEC Tournament’s brand-new ABS challenge system. Mizzou coach Kerrick Jackson might’ve called the system “scary” before the tournament, but it was scary good for the Tigers throughout the contest against the Rebels.
Mateo Serna had quite the game. Definitely a shining moment for a season that didn’t hold too many.
