Following a nail-biting win home win against the Houston Texans, the morale for Indianapolis Colts (1-2) fans may be slightly improving ahead of an international London game versus the Washington Commanders (1-2) this weekend on Sunday morning.
Still, that number remains very low among the Horseshoe Faithful, as only 25% of Colts fans believe that the franchise is truly headed in the right direction right now:
With Commanders starting quarterback Jayden Daniels already ruled out, and backup Marcus
Mariota starting in his place again, this feels like a game that the Colts need to win to maintain their realistic AFC playoff hopes, still looking to dig their way out of an early 0-2 hole.
For what it’s worth, 57% of Colts fans believe that the team will win on Sunday morning in London:
A win could go a long way toward improving Colts fans’ confidence in the franchise’s direction collectively and place Indianapolis at exactly .500 football again, with a more favorable schedule than their first three games.
That being said, a London victory would be big though as the following matchup is at Pittsburgh, where the Colts haven’t won at since November 9, 2008, so no need for Indianapolis to dig itself into another hole.
