Good morning Gang Green Nation!
Today the New York Jets have the final practice of their 2025 training camp. They then will host the Philadelphia Eagles at MetLife Stadium on Friday to wrap up the preseason games. Then it’s on to final cuts, the formation of the practice squad, waiver wire pickups, maybe a trade or two, and preparing to open the regular season. My goodness it goes so fast every year.
For the players on the bubble, Friday will be their final chance to put something good on tape, for
the Jets or some other team. Nearly every roster decision has likely already been made, but perhaps a standout performance or two will influence some last minute roster decisions.
Aaron Glenn has already announced most of the starters will not play on Friday, so we’ll be watching the usual final preseason game scrubfest against the Eagles as the back of the roster guys battle to the final whistle for an NFL job.
