With the 2026 NBA Draft less than two weeks away, the phrase “mock draft” continues to grow as one of the most searched phrases among basketball enthusiasts. For Toronto Raptors supporters, this time of the year means becoming familiar with the array of players that could be available at pick 19.
In part two of a weekly mock draft round-up, it’s becoming increasingly clear that analysts have reached a consensus on the archetype that newly extended General Manager and executive vice-president Bobby
Webster should consider towards the back end of the first round.
Once the lottery portion of the draft concludes, a plethora of scoring options present themselves. The Raptors often had difficulty dealing with zone defences during the regular-season and were plagued by excruciating scoring slumps in the playoffs. While there are intriguing big man options in this spot of the draft, it’s entirely plausible that Toronto invests in a prospect who specializes on the offensive end.
A name that commonly appeared in mock drafts (and didn’t appear last week) was recently previewed on Raptors HQ:
Christian Anderson (PG, 6’3, 20-years-old, Texas Tech)
Bleacher Report (Jonathan Wasserman) – June 9
Last Week’s Mock: Bennett Stirtz (now @ 21 to the Detroit Pistons)
“The vibes around Christian Anderson are strong coming out of the combine, where he measured a 6’6.25” wingspan…and lit up a number of shooting drills.”
“…he currently has a strong case as the best shooter…”
CBS Sports (Adam Finkelstein) – June 9
“…is one of the most skilled players, and maybe the best shooter, in this draft.”

Last Week: Isaiah Evans (now @ 21 to Detroit Pistons)

“…physical profile to guard multiple positions…”

“Could stand to balance out his comfort level shooting the ball on the right side of the floor…”
The Athletic (Sam Vecenie) – June 8
“…would give them another creator on offence, something they could use to take the next step into the second round of the playoffs.”
“As long his jumper holds up, he would be terrific next to both Scottie Barnes and Immanuel Quickley.”
Labaron Philon (PG, 6’4, 20-years-old, Alabama)
Yahoo Sports (Kevin O’Connor) – June 5
Last Week: Bennett Stirtz (now @ 28 to Minnesota Timberwolves)

Jayden Quaintance (PF/C, 6’10, 18-years-old, Kentucky)
