Indiana football wrapped up its non-conference slate with a win over Western Kentucky last Saturday, after which Curt Cignetti defended quarterback Josh Hoover from what he views as unfair criticism. The women’s basketball program’s recruiting hot streak continued as Teri Moren landed her point guard of the future. Stephen Daley, Kellan Wyatt and Sam Alexis were granted a preliminary injuction
against the NCAA and, as of now, are eligible for football and men’s basketball. Lastly, practice officially began for men’s and women’s basketball ahead of the 2026-27 season.
