Here are your player ratings from Manchester United’s 3-2 win against Liverpool:
Starters
Senne Lammens – 4
Silly mistake, but it’ll be forgotten.
Diogo Dalot – 5
Had a great chance towards the end, but never looked like scoring. Had some trouble against Ngumoha towards the end.
Harry Maguire – 5
When Maguire is at fault, it doesn’t look good. Thankfully for him, his side won.
Ayden Heaven – 6
Looks like the real deal.
Luke Shaw – 5
Was second to a lot of balls. Better than what’s available, but just about
getting by now.
Casemiro – 5
Mistimed a lot of challenges in the second half and didn’t have a goal contribution to make up for it.
Kobbie Mainoo – 8
Huge goal for his confidence. Rounds off a great couple of weeks.
Bruno Fernandes – 7
Played his part in the second goal and was a threat throughout the first half.
Matheus Cunha – 8
Kicked things off with speculative effort. Made some strong runs with the ball towards the end of the game.
Bryan Mbeumo – 5
He was a threat in the first half, but once again didn’t capitalize on some good openings.
Benjamin Sesko – 6
Scored the second. They all count. Was taken off at half-time.
Subs
Amad Diallo – 5
Gifted them a goal and didn’t offer enough going forward. Made one decent pass towards the end, but needs to do better overall and end the season well.
Patrick Dorgu – 5
Rusty.
Joshua Zirkzee – N/A
Leny Yoro – N/A
Manager
Michael Carrick – 8
Great result and sums up his term so far. Whenever there’s a blip, the team doesn’t just throw the towel in or curse their luck. Finds a way to get the job done most of the time.
