While we wait for the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships to kick off tomorrow, we wanted to get your thoughts on some of the Syracuse Superlatives of 25-26. This week, we’ll start with the best teams…
For the men, the voting options are:
- Cross-Country: finished 4th in NCAA Championships, their first podium finish in a decade. The men were 2nd in the ACC Championships and won the NCAA Northeast Regionals
- Soccer: made the ACC semifinals and secured a NCAA Tournament berth
- Lacrosse: made the NCAA Final Four for the 2nd straight season
- Rowing: finished 9th overall the IRA Regatta.
For the women, the choices are:
- Basketball: won 24 games and beat Iowa State in the NCAA Tournament
- Field hockey: made it to the NCAA Tournament quarterfinal round
- Ice Hockey: made it to the AHA Tournament semifinal
- Rowing: finished a program-best 9th at the NCAA Championships
- (Ed. Note: Lacrosse should be an option- that’s a miss on the poll by me so if that’s your pick say so in the comments)
