The regular season has come to a close for four-star athlete Matt Sieg’s Fort Cherry (McDonald, PA) Rangers, and they claim a perfect 10-0 record. This was in no small part thanks to Sieg’s monster season,
which broke multiple WPIAL career records. He capped off his regular season with a 243-yard, four-touchdown performance in a win over Serra Catholic (McKeesport, PA).
The Pennsylvania native’s full 2025 regular-season highlights are now up on his Hudl page. Retaining Sieg as a keystone of the Nittany Lions’ 2026 recruiting class would be a strong move for James Franklin’s successor.
Four-star linebacker commit Terry Wiggins’ strong second half helped Coatesville (PA) cruise to its eighth win of the season. A punt block and monster sack helped spark things for the Red Raiders, who went on to win 28-7.
Wiggins’ full game tape is available on Hudl. He had an all-around impressive game, including a decent chunk of work on offense. Even at 6-foot-3, he stands out as the best athlete on the field, and it makes sense why he would play all over the place. He’s super athletic and seems to play through every whistle.
Three-star offensive lineman Benjamin Eziuka also had his regular season come to a close and now has a highlight tape up. Being from Michigan, Eziuka is a guy you might not want to count on seeing in Happy Valley come next year. Still, Phil Trautwein would be happy to have him.
Virginia linebacker Mathieu Lamah also has a decent chunk of highlights from the first seven games of his season now available. Forced fumbles, TFL, and sacks galore.
While Lamah is currently rated as a three-star, his tape is impressive. He’s already up to 235 pounds in his 6-foot-3 frame, and could be a guy Penn State would hope would play earlier in his career — especially if linebacker depth continues to be an issue. However, that’s hard to project right now given all the uncertainty surrounding the program.
Unfortunately, four-star tight end Pierce Petersohn saw his high school career cut short due to an ankle injury. His tape is impressive and a very fun watch, so I will keep an eye out for his career recap cut.
