The Miami Dolphins take on the Las Vegas Raiders this Sunday — marking a new era for the organization after a major overhaul of the team’s roster by new general manager Jon-Eric Sullivan this offseason. Part of that overhaul included the drafting of three rookie wide receivers following the departures of veterans Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle.
On Tuesday, we learned that two of those receivers — Chris Bell and Caleb Douglas — have been named as starters on Miami’s official depth chart for their Week
One clash with Las Vegas.
Bell and Douglas joined Malik Washington as the three wide receivers named as starters. Miami’s third rookie receiver — Kevin Coleman Jr. — was named as Washington’s backup in the slot. Free agent addition, Jalen Tolbert, was listed as a second-stringer behind Bell. Recent signing, Ryan Miller, will backup Douglas.
In other pass catcher news, three rookies will backup starter Greg Dulcich in the tight end’s room — Will Kacmarek, Seydou Traore and recent waiver claim, Justin Joly.
