Penn State added a second commit to its 2026 basketball class earlier today. Jamison White, son of former NBA player Jahidi White and No. 3 rated player in Illinois according to 247 announced his commitment to suit up for Mike Rhoades’ squad in a social media post.
The 6’7” White, who had other notable offers such as Kansas State and Saint Louis, helped his stock by having a strong showing at the EYBL Peach Jam, shooting
a solid 41 percent from three-point range. Knowing how much Rhoades prefers big men who can shoot from the perimeter, that performance was enough to get White an offer from the Nittany Lions. With small forward Dionycius Bakare already on board, White’s commitment gives PSU the 10th-ranked class in 2026, according to 247.
