The Game
The (6-5) Kansas City Chiefs will play on Thanksgiving Day for the first time since 2006, matching up with the (5-5-1) Dallas Cowboys for the annual holiday battle at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Arrowhead time. It will be one of three NFL games on Thursday.
Kansas City is coming off a 23-20 overtime win over the Indianapolis Colts that set up a run at the playoffs for the rest of the regular season. Dallas came back from a 21-0 deficit to beat the Philadelphia
Eagles 24-21 this past Sunday.
The Chiefs and Cowboys may not be battling for playoff positioning in the same conference, but a win is still significant; each team’s postseason chances will drop after a loss. It will be a crucial game to entertain the national audience during a Thanksgiving meal.
