Field Hockey (4-0, 0-0)
The Orange got two wins over ranked Big Ten teams in Columbus, Ohio last weekend. Syracuse beat #16 Rutgers 2-0 and then #13 Ohio State 2-1 in double overtime on Hattie Madden’s goal.
Syracuse is now ranked #5 in the latest poll and will be hitting the road to face Princeton and Lafayette
this weekend.
Women’s Soccer (4-1-3, 0-0-0)
We’ll have more detailed updates for men’s and women’s soccer this morning.
The Orange open ACC play hosting SMU tonight and Florida State on Sunday.
Men’s Soccer (2-2-2, 0-0-0)
Syracuse will host #1 Stanford as they look for their first home win on the season.
Volleyball (6-0, 0-0)
Another strong start for volleyball as the Orange swept Albany, Canisius and Cornell last weekend. Syracuse will host Colgate for two matches this weekend. Transfer Tehya Maeva leads the Orange with 168 assists on the season.
Cross-Country
Syracuse will be back in action tomorrow morning for the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational at Penn State. This is the opening of NCAA At-Large qualifying so we should see more Orange making their season debuts.
