The New Orleans Saints are carrying a three-game winning streak into Tennessee as they visit the Titans on Sunday. Here’s what either result would mean for the black and gold in their penultimate game of
the 2025 season.
If the Saints win
A fourth consecutive victory would only build on the momentum Kellen Moore’s squad is looking to carry into the offseason. Since being eliminated from playoff contention, the Saints have kicked into gear, led by the quarterback play of Tyler Shough. This game presents a great chance to keep the wins rolling into the New Year.
Although the Titans overcame a depleted Chiefs squad a week ago, they are as weak an opponent as the NFL has to offer. A win on Sunday would come as no surprise.
If the Saints lose
Defeat in Tennessee would be a disappointment ahead of the final game of the season against Atlanta. But in the grand scheme of things, it means little more than a slightly better pick in the NFL Draft.
Losing to the Titans would be unexpected given the black and gold’s current form. But the feeling of despondency in such a scenario should not be allowed to linger; New Orleans has established real progress over the last month.
What’s your prediction for Sunday’s game? Can the Saints – like their neighboring Pelicans – keep the good times rolling? Let us know in the comments!
