Our Miami Dolphins have their new general manager, Jon-Eric Sullivan, and will hopefully soon have their new head coach and assistant coaches. After all the dust clears from those hirings, the organization
will need to get back to business, the business of talent evaluation. They will need to do all their due diligence before the draft to add more talent across multiple positions. There will also be a lot of time spent on other teams’ upcoming free agents before free agency kicks off. But beyond those two areas, there’s the current roster. The new staff will have to do a lot of work evaluating the players they already have under contract, but do not know well firsthand.
