Bayern Munich star Jamal Musiala has been making progress over the last few games and it could not be happening at a better time for the Bavarians.
With Serge Gnabry and Lennart Karl both injured, Bayern Munich needs Musiala to step up and be the man at the No. 10 position. Musiala’s boss, head coach Vincent Kompany, thinks his charge is up to the task.
“He’s doing well. That’s just part of life, part of football. For players like Jamal, playing football is the answer to everything. He doesn’t need
to worry too much. He should carry on playing as he’s been doing recently. I’ll give him more time. He can play an important role, but we also have other players who can make a decisive impact as well,” Kompany said (as captured by @iMiaSanMia).
That last part of the quote is important — Musiala does not have to do it all himself, nor she he even think about trying to. With Harry Kane, Michael Olise, and Luis Díaz carrying the load all season, Musiala just needs to be supporting piece until the moment arrives for him to strike.
