Hansi Flick has had a huge impact at Barcelona since taking over as first-team coach and replacing Xavi Hernandez in the Camp Nou hotseat in 2024.
The German coach has won two La Liga titles, the Copa del Rey and two Spanish Super Cup crowns. He also has Barcelona playing arguably the most exciting attacking football in the world right now.
Flick has also worked wonders with several players, with the likes of Eric Garcia, Raphinha and Gerard Martin absolutely thriving under the German coach.
Former
player and coach Lluis Carreras says that most players have improved under the new boss.
“There are several aspects and one is very important. And it is that Hansi Flick, in the three years he has been here, has improved 99 percent of the players. Perhaps the only asterisk would be Balde’s,” he told Sport.
