The Cleveland Browns defense did everything they could to keep the team in the game against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 11, but the Browns offense, including QB Shedeur Sanders, just couldn’t get anything
going. The Sanders conversation, including HC Kevin Stefanski not wanting to play the young quarterback this season, will dominate the conversation this week, but, as is true almost always, the NFL draft is also a headliner .
The 2026 NFL draft could give Cleveland a chance to build something special after a very good 2025 NFL draft class. The key draft tiebreaker, Strength of Schedule, led the Browns to move up a spot, to third, jumping over the idle New Orleans Saints.
Despite winning in Week 11, the Jacksonville Jaguars remained in the 19th spot for their first-round pick heading to Cleveland.
Here is the current order, per Tankathon:
2026 NFL draft order – Top 20 heading into Week 12
- Tennessee Titans: 1-9
- New York Giants: 2-9
- Cleveland Browns: 2-8 (SOS tiebreaker: .483)
- New Orleans Saints: 2-8
- New York Jets: 2-78
- Las Vegas Raiders: 2-8
- Washington Commanders: 3-8
- Atlanta Falcons: 3-7 (Goes to Los Angeles Rams)
- Cincinnati Bengals: 3-7
- Arizona Cardinals: 7-6
- Miami Dolphins: 4-7
- Minnesota Vikings: 4-6
- Dallas Cowboys: 4-5-1
- Baltimore Ravens: 5-5
- Kansas City Chiefs: 5-5
- Houston Texans: 5-5
- Carolina Panthers: 6-5
- Detroit Lions: 6-4
- Jacksonville Jaguars: 6-4 (Goes to the Browns)
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Cleveland has two easier matchups coming up, starting in Week 12 with the Raiders, followed by the Titans in Week 14. Jacksonville has the Cardinals, Jets and Colts (twice) left on its schedule, which could make its path to the NFL playoffs much easier.
What spot do you think the Browns will be selecting when the 2026 NFL draft rolls around in April?
