Robert Lewandowski’s agent Pini Zahavi has been quizzed on the striker’s future at Barcelona amid speculation he will not be offered a contract renewal at the end of the season.
The 37-year-old is being
tippped to move on as a free agent next summer but Zahavi says no decision has yet been made on what Lewandowski will do next season.
“Lewandowski’s contract with Barcelona expires in the summer of 2026, and there are no decisions regarding that at the moment. We have to wait and see what happens in the coming days,“ he told 365scores Arabic.
There has previously been talk of a lucrative move to Saudi Pro League but Zahavi played down talk of interest from clubs in the Middle East adding: “There is nothing official regarding negotiations with Saudi clubs. There are no offers at the moment.”
Lewandowski has played a reduced role so far this season, suggested he is coming to the end of his Barca career, with Serie A giants AC Milan also having been linked with a move for the Poland star.
