The Las Vegas Raiders’ offense needs to improve drastically in numerous areas in 2026 under new head coach and offensive playcaller Klint Kubiak.
One of those areas is finding a way to get into the end zone on the ground. According to a recent X post by NFL analyst Warren Sharp, the Raiders scored rushing touchdowns at the lowest rate in the entire NFL when it came to the percentage of of the team’s offensive touchdowns. So, Kubiak needs to get second-year starting running back Ashton Jeanty and rookie Mike Washington into the red zone at a higher rate. As the offensive coordinator of the Super Bowl winning Seattle Seahawks, Kubiak’s offensive scored rushing touchdowns at the eighth highest percentage rate in the league. So, there is hope the Raiders will, indeed, improve in this area in 2026.
