The Guardians were locked into yet another close and low-scoring game last night. But they had the lead basically the entire time. Then Kerry Carpenter, who hits Guardians pitching like he was a bench player for the 2019 Indians, came in to pinch hit and tied the score at 3, sending the game to extra innings.
The Guardians then scored 4 in the top of the 10th and “lol thought this game was close.”
Then Jakob Junis gave 2 back in the bottom and fans have to settle for a 2-run win. No final score on
its own would have accurately described this game.
