- Bama Goals: Clean up issues on offense, nobody gets injured, future players get plenty of reps.
- Bama Injuries: Parker Brailsford is questionable. Joseph Ionata could get the start or perhaps spell the Tide center a little sooner than expected. Also expected to be out are Wide receiver Germie Bernard and tight end Josh Cuevas. Germie’s situation is not expected to be serious. Cuevas has been reported to have broken a foot in practice. A timetable for his return to the field is currently unknown, but he will likely miss next week’s Iron Bowl. He has not been ruled out for the rest of the season. Fellow tight end Danny Lewis has missed considerable time this season due to various injuries. True freshman Kaleb Edwards is likely the Tide’s top option at the position. After him are Jay Lindsey, true freshman Marshall Pritchett, Brody Dalton and Jack Sammarco.
