The Chicago Bears are red hot, winning 4 straight games and looking for their 5th. Meanwhile, we are red hot in the prop market, winning 5 of our last 6 props from these articles. That gives us a 12-6 record on the season. Can the Bears continue their hot streak? Can we? Here are 3 player props we like this week.
Caleb Williams OVER 222.5 Passing Yards -114
I think this is the 3rd straight week I’ve told everyone to go over on passing yards on Caleb’s number. Both times previously, it’s gone under, and, to be fair, Caleb is not playing well
right now, and going over may not be the smartest thing. But the way this Ravens defense has played, I just feel that Ben Johnson is going to scheme some big plays in the passing game, and Williams should be over to pile up some yardage.
Lamar Jackson OVER 227.5 Passing Yards -114
No Jaylon Johnson. No Tyrique Stevenson. No Kyler Gordon. Jackson may not play this week, and if he doesn’t, your bet will just be a no bet and you’ll get your wager back, so with the Bears’ top 4 corners (Terell Smith) out with injury, how do you not think Lamar goes over on Sunday? I also think an added issue of Jackson, coming off a hamstring injury, will try to remain in the pocket as much as possible, which means he should be throwing even more than usual. Jackson’s rushing prop is 30.5, and going under on that one might also be a good play.
D’Andre Swift OVER 52.5 Rushing Yards -114
How is this prop only 52.5? Swift has gained 230 yards on the ground in the last two games, and the Ravens’ defense is certainly beatable. I would have expected this prop to be pushing 70, and with Kyle Monangai starting to get more reps, I might have hesitated some there, but I still think Swift ends up somewhere north of 75 yards on Sunday. The way this Bears offensive line is blocking in the running game, I just don’t see how they don’t gain over 100 yards on the ground again, and if they do, how does Swift not have a good 75% of that yardage?
