Maurice Krattenmacher continued his torrid start to the 2026/27 campaign with another goal in SV Elversberg’s 2-1 loss to Bayern Munich.
For Krattenmacher, the former Bayern Munich academy product, it was an unreal feeling and scene, but it was his embrace with Bavarians head coach Vincent Kompany after the game that probably brought it all full circle:

path to the Bundesliga has been anything but straightforward. The Munich-born attacker began his youth career at Bayern Munich before joining SpVgg Unterhaching in 2017, where he developed into a highly regarded prospect and helped the club earn promotion to the 3. Liga. Bayern Munich brought him back in 2024, immediately sending him on loan to SSV Ulm, where he recorded three goals and four assists in 32 league appearances.
Another loan spell followed at Hertha BSC in 2025/26 before Bayern Munich ultimately sold him to newly promoted SV 07 Elversberg in 2026. Now 21, Krattenmacher is finally getting his opportunity in the Bundesliga — and making the most of it. His three goals to start the season, including against Bayern Munich, suggest his journey is only beginning.
