The Miami Dolphins pulled off the upset win over the Buffalo Bills in Week 10, dominating their AFC East rivals from the opening kickoff until the final whistle. It was an impressive performance from a team that has struggled to look competitive for much of the first half of the 2025 NFL season. Now 3-7 on the season, the Dolphins have seen themselves on the wrong side of the spread more often than not this season.
In Week 11, that appears to have changed. Miami has been installed as the early favorite
against the Washington Commanders for next Sunday’s game in Spain. Miami is looking to win its second in a row, which would make its first back-to-back wins since Weeks 16 and 17 of last year.
Washington enters Week 11 on a five-game losing streak following yesterday’s 44-22 loss to the Detroit Lions. Starting quarterback Jayden Daniels has sustained a dislocated elbow in Week 9 and is expected to be out through the team’s Week 12 bye. Marcus Mariota will start in Daniels’ place after going 16-for-22 for 213 yards with two touchdowns in Week 10.
Can Miami win in the league’s first game in Spain? Can they put together two strong performances back-to-back?
The oddsmakers at FanDuel Sportsbook are giving them a chance to do it, but they are not completely sold on Miami in this game yet. The spread has the Dolphins favored by just 2.5 points. The moneyline has Miami -152 while the Commanders are +128.
The point total is 47.5 combined points in the game.
Kickoff for the game is at 9:30 a.m. Eastern on Sunday from Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in Madrid.
