A star is being born at Camp Harbaugh and his name is Arvell Reese.
The prized rookie was the best player on the field on a penalty-filled day under a drenching rain when the pads came on for the first time.
He was everywhere … in the backfield for a sack against left tackle Andrew Thomas, for a TFL, and on a couple of other occasions when he looked
like a human magnet tracking device.
On both sides of the ball, they are gushing about Arvell Reese.
“No. 52 — that boy!” Tyrone Tracy Jr. said. “He’s big, strong, physical. He’s a great football player.
“Arvell is See Ball, Get Ball.
“I think that’s the best way to describe him: See Ball, Get Ball. He’s gonna run fast, he’s gonna hit hard and he’s gonna be around the ball at all times.”

The goal for the New York Giants never was to have quarterback Jaxson Dart operating at his peak at the start of August.
