If there is one match that is a specialty for the Hardys, it is a ladder match. Matt and Jeff did not disappoint, and they walked out as five-time TNA tag team champions at Slammiversary (June 28, 2026).
The Hardys faced off against The Righteous, The Great Hands, and The System, who were the reigning titleholders. Vincent and Dutch brought in their Wicked Garden ladder wrapped with flowers and barbed wire to torture Bear Bronson.
There was lots of action and plenty of cool spots throughout. The finish smartly played out as knocking down dominoes one by one. Brian Myers was the first to tumble. He was close to reaching the tag titles high above, so Vincent dosed him with a poisonous flower. Myers still tried to climb the ladder, but his body seized into sickness. Bronson took out Vincent with a piledriver into the Wicked Garden ladder. Bronson and Dutch battled climbing up the ladder. The Hardys tipped the scales on the two heavyweights, and they crashed through a stack of tables.
The Great Hands were dead meat after a pair of Twists of Fates. The Hardys loaded John Skyler and Jason Hotch onto a horizontal ladder, and Jeff soared from above for a Swanton.
Jeff surged with adrenaline, and the Hardys climbed for the prize.
