Week 8 of the NFL regular season came to a close with 16 Maryland football alumni seeing the field.
Chicago Bears wide receiver D.J. Moore had a strong game against the Baltimore Ravens. Despite a 30-16
loss to spoil a four game win streak, Moore caught four passes for 73 yards.
Highlighted by a reception that went for 43 yards, he recorded his best receiving game since his 68-yard effort against the Minnesota Vikings Week 1.
The 28-year-old has continued to play an important role in the Bears offense in the pass game, but he also contributes as a rushing threat.
The Bears sit third in a strong NFC North division at 4-3. They are one win away from tying their win total from last season, when they finished 5-12.
Chicago continues their road trip against the Cincinnati Bengals in a Week 9 matchup on Nov. 2.
