Welcome to the Morning Commute
Today we’re talking about Mizzou vs Texas A&M injury updates
The initial injury reports across the SEC on Wednesday night. For Mizzou vs Texas A&M on Saturday — the concern is the latest development on tight
end Brett Norfleet. He has been ruled as questionable. Other than Pribula, Horn, and Craig out — that’s it on the Mizzou front.
On the A&M side, the Aggies’ leading rusher Le’Veon Moss remains out with an ankle injury that took place on October 11th vs Florida. Moss rushed for 138 yards last season in the Aggies’ win over Mizzou. Linebacker Scooby Williams is also out — who has 18 tackles and one interception this season.

Pretty expected, being in the 18-24 range, but there’s plenty of opportunity for Mizzou to jump up as it faces No. 3 Texas A&M this major playoff implications on the line.
It’s not much of a surprise that Mizzou is outside of the Top 20. That’ll change with a win on Saturday.
For Mizzou, that’s both a challenge and a blessing. The Tigers’ margin for error is gone, but their opportunity for redemption is right in front of them. Four games. Four chances to change their narrative.
Mizzou’s CFP path is to win out. Take it one game at a time. Let’s see what happens.
Texas A&M might be undefeated, but they’re not unbeatable. And with the situation that Missouri is in at the moment, maybe Eli Drinkwitz’s team will be playing with house money in front of the home crowd. That’s not necessarily a bad thing.
Mizzou has nothing to lose on Saturday — especially starting a true freshman QB.
Trot out your third-string, freshman quarterback and play the most flawless 60 minutes of football possible and maybe you’ll be in a position for your second-string freshman kicker to nail a field goal to win it. Go get it done.
