The Wisconsin Badgers fell from No. 6 to No. 7 in the latest AVCA rankings, despite having another 2-0 week, which improved their record to 5-1.
Wisconsin got an easy sweep over Milwaukee to start the week and followed that up with an impressive sweep over No. 21 Georgia Tech on the road, which boosted their stock even more.
However, Pitt jumped them, going from No. 7 to No. 5 after a sweep of No. 3 Kentucky, while the Wildcats fell only three spots to No. 6, keeping them in front of the Badgers.

Wisconsin has two big matchups this week, as it travels to Milwaukee for a rivalry match with the Marquette Golden Eagles at Fiserv Forum on Wednesday. Then, it takes on the No. 16 Florida Gators at the Kohl Center on Sunday, with first serve set for 12:00 p.m.
After that, Big Ten play begins, with Wisconsin hosting Rutgers to kick things off next week. But first, they have a big week with a chance to jump up the rankings coming up.
