I deserve a medal for the restraint I am using in not putting sumo in this thing every day. The most recent tournament just wrapped up, you can read about here.

We’re big into low-tech, slow living at my house. Recently banned myself from having my phone in the bedroom. It’s helped me read a lot more at night
