Chael Sonnen was critical of Vinicius Oliveira’s sparring clips, and “Lokdog” is firing back! My hot take is that the clip Sonnen selected showed Oliveira pulling his shots much more often than not, the kind of sparring that wouldn’t turn any heads in any professional MMA gym. My guess? Sonnen wanted to drum up some attention.
I have seen more discourse online regarding Magomed Zaynukov aka Chanco aka John Pork this week than most of the UFC 322 main card fighters. Being a fan favorite before making his official UFC debut isn’t such a bad thing!
