The Best Worst Three Big Ten Campuses

We certainly have a worst answer.

I’m trying to find ways to describe how much this answer from Matt Brown—an actual sports journalist whose opinions I really do respect—depresses me:

Now, two things:

1. Non-OSU? We hope it’s just because Brown is an OSU guy and it was ineligible thusly. Because if this was the supposed “with a bullet” #1, uh…
2. The second item on this list is just so I get to the required 150 words so this article hits its post.
3. There was actually a third thing, but I’ve been drinking.

Here are Matt’s answers:

I am absolutely a biased official here, but only one Big Ten campus is located on a Great fucking Lake.

Therefore I can only conclude that either…

1. Much like in his FOIA efforts, Matt could not get a response from Northwestern, or
2. He is an idiot unequivocally and I will never reconsider this stance.

The Best Three Big Ten Campuses

#1: Purdue

Just kidding. West Lafayette sucks.

3. Indiana (Bloomington, IN)

To be honest, it could’ve been any one of like 5 campuses—I like Michigan’s and Maryland’s—because there are a clear Top Two.

2. wisconsin (Madison, wi)

It is truly a lovely city for 358 days a year.

1. Northwestern (Evanston, IL)
