Barcelona wonderkid Lamine Yamal says he’s dreaming of winning the Ballon d’Or many times in his career.
The teenager is one of the favorites to land the prestigious prize in 2025 along with PSG star Ousmane Dembele.
Yamal has been asked about picking up the Golden Ball and says his dream is to win it multiple times.
“I told my friends, I don’t dream of winning one Ballon d’Or, I dream of winning many,”
he told José Ramón de la Morena ‘s podcast Resonancia de Corazón.
“I think I’m a player who has the ability to do it, and if I don’t do it it’s because I haven’t done things right or because I haven’t wanted to.
“So I dream of having many, and the day that comes, well, it will come, and I’ll be very happy. But I’m going to want to keep winning more.”
The winner of the 2025 Ballon d’Or is set to be announced on Monday, September 22.
