The Minnesota Golden Gophers (6-4) make their final road trip of the regular season, paying a visit to the Windy City to take on the Northwestern Wildcats (5-5) at 11 a.m. CST on Saturday, Nov. 22, at Wrigley
Field.
This Week’s Thoughts:
GopherNation: I was going to go with a low-scoring, ugly game, but I’m going opposite here. I am very nervous about this game, but when it comes time to make my prediction, optimism couldn’t be surpressed. And this game is going to weirdly be a higher-scoring game.
gopherguy05: I honestly don’t even know. I could see the Gophers winning by three touchdowns… and could see them losing by three touchdowns. Who knows what will acutally happen on Saturday. Hopefully good things, or people can start expecting to make their post-Christmas plans for the greater Detroit metro area.
Blake Ruane: See my opponent preview.
zipsofakron: The vibes are bad and a date with a hungry foe on the road in a weird stadium setup with unpredictable weather just doesn’t scream “victory” to me. We’re solidly in prove-it territory until they show a bit more spine.
Ustreet: We’re at Wrigley. It’s a baseball score.
mowe0018: Seems like they just aren’t the kind of team that can win on the road this year…
WhiteSpeedReceiver: This will not be a fun football game to watch.
