Those competing at UFC Freedom 250 will have a chance to earn $425,000 in post-fight bonus money, compliments of UFC and its partner Liberty Financial.
This weekend’s UFC White House card is as high-profile as it gets. UFC CEO, Dana White, promised a Washington D.C. takeover and that’s exactly what the promotion has done. There has been some backlash and obstacles to avoid along the way, but UFC is just a day away from rolling out an epic set of fights LIVE on Paramount+ from the White House South
Lawn.
White, who helped plan almost everything this event has to offer, is hoping things go down without a hitch. While the UFC frontman can’t rely on good weather or a gnat-free environment, he can count on violent-driven performances inside of the cage. That’s because White has put together an exciting seven-fight card offering up a little bit of everything.
Of course, this includes the main event between UFC lightweight champion, Ilia Topuria, and interim titleholder, Justin Gaethje, as well as a co-headliner featuring former two-division UFC champion, Alex Pereira, and former interim UFC heavyweight titleholder, Ciryl Gane.
On Friday, White started the UFC White House pre-fight press conference by announcing some extra money for the post-fight bonus awards. Fighters will now have the chance to bank $425,000 for Performance of the Night and $400,000 for Fight of the Night.
Check it out below and let us know if these bonuses are enough for UFC’s Freedom 250 card!
