Ladies and gentlemen, it is time for our staff of learned pro football blowhards to put together their picks for Week 6 of National Football League action. We don’t get to watch the Minnesota Vikings this
week, but there’s still a ton of other action around the league.
First off, here’s our widget where you can see how we’re doing this season, whether it’s for the whole season or any specific week for any of the picks we make.
Incidentally, if you’re the gambling type, you should take a look at what our own GA_Skol is doing with his over/under picks. He’s currently leading everyone on Tallysight in that category through the first five weeks of the year.
On the other hand, feel free to not pay any attention to what I’m doing because, apparently, I don’t have a damn clue what I’m talking about. Then again, if you’ve been following this site for any length of time, you knew that already.
In any case, here are our picks for this week. As always, we remind you that the lines and numbers for various picks may be different for each selector based on when they punched their picks into the system. Brandon and Mark’s picks will populate whenever they get them in, but for now we roll with what we have.
Unanimous Picks
- Denver Broncos over New York Jets
- Indianapolis Colts over Arizona Cardinals
- Los Angeles Rams over Baltimore Ravens
- Pittsburgh Steelers over Cleveland Browns
- Los Angeles Chargers over Miami Dolphins
- New England Patriots over New Orleans Saints
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers over San Francisco 49ers
- Green Bay Packers over Cincinnati Bengals
- Buffalo Bills over Atlanta Falcons
- Philadelphia Eagles over New York Giants (everyone gets it. . .wrong)
5-1 Picks
- Dallas Cowboys over Carolina Panthers (Sam dissenting)
- Las Vegas Raiders over Tennessee Titans (Chris dissenting)
- Washington Commanders over Chicago Bears (Eric dissenting)
4-2 Picks
- Seattle Seahawks over Jacksonville Jaguars (GA Skol and Sam dissenting)
3-3 Picks
- Detroit Lions (Eric/Sam/Shawn) at Kansas City Chiefs (Chris/GA Skol/Warren)
That’s a lot of chalk for this week. However, it’s worth pointing out that for two weeks in a row now, we’ve been unanimously incorrect on the Thursday night game, so the fact that it’s unanimous doesn’t always mean we’re going to be right.
