Everybody who comes to Cageside Seats has an opinion about what’s going on in pro wrestling — Wrestler Rankings are where YOU let us know YOURS.
Cast a vote in the comments. Give us the five performers you think entertained or impressed the most in the last week, and feel free to talk about why.
We also have the outcome of last week’s voting, the results of which make up our annual competition for the Cageside Cup, given to our Performer of the Year. This week, we’re voting on nationally televised and
internet streaming pro wrestling shows that took place Sept. 27-Oct. 3, 2026 — New Japan’s Destruction in Kobe, Raw, NXT, Evolve, Worlds Collide Chicago, Dynamite, Impact, ROH on HonorClub, MLW Fusion, SmackDown, CMLL & AAA’s weekly shows, Collision, and everything else I’m no doubt forgetting.
But first, here’s the outcome of last week’s voting, and how those results changed our annual competition for the Cageside Cup.
Long-term storytelling and whatnot…
- He pulled the trigger on Kenny Omega at All In, won the title, and our Rankings week. At All Out, the Aerial Assassin did the same thing to the man who taught him that, retaining the AEW World title and picking up another ten points in the Cup chase.
- A former AEW Women’s World champ won the right to challenge for that belt, earning second ahead of a luchador with cero miedo about losing his momentum on Raw.
- AEW’s reigning Trios champ were interspersed throughout our latest weekly Top Ten, and some changed their ballots to start celebrating a man we lost who spent a lot of time with those straps.
- The Judgment Day member whose last name my friend Claire writes with the “!” from her entrance graphics is in this year’s Money in the Bank field, and that helped her fill out our latest Rankings with the WWE Men’s United States champ… who already qualified, then retained his title in a steel cage.

Ready to do it again? You can always check the “how to” here if you need to, or ask a question in the comments. The main things you need to know are you have five spots on your ballot, you can’t put the same person in two of them, but you can split a single or multiple spots between multiple wrestlers. Now…
Let’s have those ballots! We’ll take it from there, and see you back here in a week for the results and another vote!
