On the night before Revolution, AEW Collision (Mar. 14, 2026) had a handful of moments to hype the PPV. Promos featured Toni Storm cutting a circus promo, Kris Statlander trying a weird method for mind games, Harley Cameron delivering a line fitting for Harley Cameron, and more.
Toni Storm will fight Marina Shafir at Revolution. The pair cut contrasting promos. Shafir spoke about advice from Storm to stay in her lane and develop to become one of one. Since Storm isn’t following her own advice, Shafir is going
to break her.
Storm poetically compared wrestling to the circus. The beasts believe they rule the ring, but they sit whenever the whip is cracked. Storm warned not to forget who holds the whip. Shafir is nothing but a performer in Circus Timeless.
Head games can be a valuable way to gain the edge in a fight. That’s if it is done right. Kris Statlander tried her hand at getting in Thekla’s mind, and the result was weird. Statlander handed her belt to Thekla to allow a whipping. Statlander stood there and took the lashes to make a point that she won’t stay down. I don’t think that method was effective, because Thekla won’t care how badly she has to hurt big StatDaddy.
Jack Perry will be in the Blackjack Battle Royal for Ricochet’s AEW National Championship. Jungle Man told a story of when he fell in love with wrestling as a boy in the very same venue that will host Revolution. That gives this match extra motivation, and he sounded desperate not to fail.
AEW also aired a promo package of various competitors in the battle royal. I have my eye on how Anthony Bowens reacted to Hook’s criticism. Will Bowens decide he’s in it to win it for himself? Or will he sacrifice his ambition to help the Opps? That second option doesn’t sound much like a killer.
Harley Cameron cut a promo as only Harley Cameron can. After a pep talk from Willow Nightingale, the Babes of Wrath will make Megan Bayne and Lena Kross eat glitter and crap cotton candy.
