Portland Trail Blazers forward Jerami Grant has been upgraded to questionable to play against the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday in the NBA Play-In Tournament, as he continues to recover from a right calf strain, the organization announced.
Grant has missed Portland’s previous seven games after injuring his calf in a matchup against the Dallas Mavericks on March 27. Now he could be returning just in time for Portland’s first postseason action in five years.
In a strange phenomenon, the Blazers’ injury report
features just two names heading into the pivotal matchup with Phoenix: Grant and the as-expected Damian Lillard. That means this is the healthiest Portland’s roster has been all season.

The Suns are also relatively healthy. Guard Grayson Allen is questionable to play due to left hamstring soreness, but he’s the only name currently listed on Phoenix’s injury report.
The Blazers and Suns are set to tip off on Tuesday at 7 p.m. Pacific in the 7-8 matchup of the Play-In Tournament. The winner will secure the No. 7 seed for the first round of the NBA Playoffs, while the loser will have to play the winner of the 9-10 matchup in a second Play-In game.
