Week 16 in the National Football League kicks off with a doubleheader, starting in about fifteen minutes or so.
The first game of the day will be aired on FOX, and will feature an NFC East matchup between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Washington Commanders. Surprisingly, this is the first matchup of the season between these two division opponents, as they’ll finish the regular season against each other in two weeks in Philadelphia. The Eagles will officially wrap up the NFC East with a victory in this one.
Kickoff is scheduled for 4:00 PM Central time.
FOX will also be bringing us the second game of the doubleheader, and it might prove slightly more interesting to us NFC North fans, as it will feature the second game of the season between the Green Bay Packers and the Chicago Bears. Green Bay won the first matchup between these two teams a couple of weeks ago at Lambeau Field, and whoever wins this one will officially wrap up a playoff spot in the NFL. This one is slated to kick off at 7:20 PM Central time.
If you’re going to be watching today’s action, feel free to hang out here to watch and talk about it with your fellow Minnesota Vikings fans. We’ll have a couple of other pieces about our game as well as some other stuff up here throughout the course of the late afternoon and evening on this Saturday.
Enjoy the games, folks!
