The final matchups of the second round of the Blazer’s Edge Best Things Ever Tournament are here! Two spots are left to determine in the Sweet Sixteen. They’ll be set today.
For those who have missed out, this is a 64 “team” tournament where the teams are things we find useful, necessary, or good every day! They were selected and arranged kind of randomly, ordered into a March Madness bracket that now looks like this:

The matchup in this post pits a heavyweight contender versus a Cinderella who triumphed via an upset in the first round. You get to choose between Pizza and Bugs Bunny.
Pizza needs little elaboration. Crust that’s somehow crispy AND gooey, a nice sauce, cheese and your favorite toppings. What else do you need to make a night good? Date nights, Little League celebrations, school cafeterias to upscale joints, pizza is welcome anywhere, anytime.
But today Bugs Bunny and the Looney Tunes gang will try to dethrone the king. They conquered GIFs in the first round. Can their classic, quirky sense of humor that kept entire generations amused at movie theaters (and during Saturday morning and after school watching fests) prevail once more? You know you loved Bugs, Daffy, Porky, Roadrunner and Coyote, Sylvester and Tweety, Yosemite Sam and the Tasmanian Devil…even Marvin the Martian! They’ve kept you company for years! Is it enough to get your vote over the opponent?
