This is speculation, but sources are reportedly reporting that Mike Evans may want out of the Tampa Bay Buaccaneers, but he’s like not ready to retire, yet, and so is there a chance that the Los Angeles Rams could make a move and add Evans?

“On the other end is Mike Evans, the 12-year veteran who has spent his entire career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. At 31 years of age, Evans has struggled with injury in the past two seasons and played in just eight games last year, catching 30 passes. Those I’ve
spoken with over the past week believe it’s less than 50-50 the veteran wideout re-signs with Tampa and that his career with the Buccaneers is likely finished. He’d like to go to a contender and win another title. I figured the New England Patriots would be a good fit, as Evans would be the final piece for their offense, yet people in the know believe the Buffalo Bills are the team likely to target the former All-Pro.“
Would Evans want to join L.A.? Would the Rams want Evans and or will they be willing to pay what he could demand on the market?
All food for thought on a Friday.
Thanks for hanging out with us this week, L.A.’s season may be over, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy our weekend! I think we’ve earned it.

Matthew Stafford gives update on possible retirement from Los Angeles Rams and NFL (hitc.com)
“It’ll be a lot that goes into it. It’s a physical, a mental and emotional decision, a personal and a family decision as well. So, we’ll figure all that kind of stuff out with some time.”
Stafford made clear he is not prepared to reach a conclusion at this stage. At this time, he just wants to spend time with his family before committing to yet another grueling season.
However, Stafford made it clear that his decision, whatever it turns out to be, will not be driven by any negative emotions.“

“58 years and counting it takes time to get over the tough losses. The playoffs is the worst for me: at least in the regular season u can look forward to the next game.. this season for me has had some seriously brutal losses; eagles, whiners( i was at that game), seahawks second game. team won two hard fought playoff games on the road; thiccer kicker was a revelation. Loved 13 personnel!! I hope coach emphasizes it more next year. Now im focusing on Torry Holt getting the HOF call which is ridiculously overdue! But i watched Jack Youngblood wait 10 years to get in: he was a finalist almost every year. And #9 getting the MVP. That would help soothe the pain.” -ramsrule75
