Here are the ratings from Manchester United’s 2-2 draw against Tottenham Hotspur:
Starters
Senne Lammens – 7
Helped us keep the lead for most of the game. He couldn’t do much about either goal.
Noussair Mazraoui
– 4
Sluggish all game. Hasn’t looked too sharp since coming back into the squad.
Harry Maguire – 7
Kept Richarlison quiet before going off.
Matthijs De Ligt – 7
Will be disappointed with the Tel goal, but redeemed himself with the header.
Luke Shaw – 6
Kept Johnson quiet for the most part.
Patrick Dorgu – 5
Nothing new to add. Good engine but awkward on the ball.
Casemiro – 6
Steady for the most part, but didn’t have anyone to make those first-time passes to.
Bruno Fernandes – 6
The only player who released the ball quickly today in what was a dull game for the most part.
Amad Diallo – 7
Great pass for the first goal and created one of the better chances in the game for Bruno. Looks in good nick.
Bryan Mbeumo – 7
Great goal, but he was wasted on the left.
Matheus Cunha – 4
Too many touches. Should’ve released the ball sooner on many occasions.
Subs
Benjamin Sesko – 5
The team looked better once he got into the game, but he could’ve done better once he got into some good areas. Hope the injury isn’t too serious.
Leny Yoro – 5
No obvious impact with or without the ball.
Manuel Ugarte – 4
Comes in to protect the lead in most games but never looks up to the task. Let Odobert run beyond him for the first goal.
Diogo Dalot – 5
Kept it simple.
Mason Mount – 6
Created one excellent chance and brought some energy into the side.
Manager
Ruben Amorim – 5
Really strange selection, and the decision to play Mbeumo on the left was a real head scratcher despite the goal. United have been inconsistent but entertaining for the most part this season. This was a strange game and felt like a case of overthinking from the manager.
